When you opt in, viom.ai may send you SMS text messages including appointment and discovery-call reminders, callback confirmations, customer support replies, and account or service notifications. Marketing messages are only sent with your separate, explicit consent.

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number on our website forms, by texting a keyword we provide, or by giving verbal consent during a call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you request a callback or have an upcoming call).

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. viom.ai does not charge for the messages themselves.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.
